Our driver/tour guide will pick you up from the Airport or your residence /hotel in Kampala and transfer you to Fort Portal Tourism City. You will head to the Lodge where you will have lunch and relax for the rest of the evening enjoying the views of the Rwenzori mountains and the beautiful Kabalore sub-region. You shall have your breakfast at 6:30 am and then depart on an exciting experience in Kibale Forest National Park. This park is reputable for having the greatest variety and the highest concentration of primates in East Africa. You will be guided on a nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzees, red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys and many others. While on the track you will be able to encounter other different primate species which include Red-Colobuses, grey checked Mangabeys, black-and-white Colobus monkeys, the blues as well as other wildlife such as butterflies, birds, and many other small insects. The UWA guides will provide information on tree identification in the forest as well as in explaining to you the other features of the forest. After tracking you will return to the lodge for lunch and relax for the rest of the evening. Accommodation Options: Ndali Lodge (High end)

You will have breakfast at 6:30 am and depart the Lodge, then proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is Uganda’s other popular tourist destination, offering breathtaking scenery and an abundance of wildlife. The park is home to more than 600 bird and 95 mammal species, including lion, elephant, hippo, leopard, buffalo, hyena, warthog, and various antelope. You will have Lunch at the Lodge and then head out for a boat cruise on the channel. Among the several wildlife you may see are the Hippopotamus, Buffaloes, crocodiles, elephants, and a huge array of birds. The Kazinga channel stretches 32 Kilometers between Lake Edward and Lake George and is about 8 meters deep. After the boat ride you will return to the Lodge for Dinner and overnight. The day starts with an experiential morning game drive in the Northern sector of Kasenyi Queen Elizabeth National Park. The game drive starts at 6:30 am and lasts between 3-4 hours. You will drive via the several channel tracks in search of several wild games including elephants, Lions, Leopards, Cape buffaloes, warthogs, mongoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, and a lot of other small animals and birds. You will then proceed for Lunch at the Lodge and then proceed to Katwe Explosion crater Lake. Here you will see and learn about salt mining on Lake Katwe and the volcanic natural activity that takes place here. After you will return and head back to the Lodge for Dinner and overnight. You will wake up at 6:00 am for breakfast and then you will proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha sector. You will arrive in Bwindi impenetrable National Park late in the afternoon and check in at the Lodge where you will have Lunch. You will spend the rest of the evening enjoying the views of the Forest and relaxing at the Lodge. You will then have your dinner and overnight.

After an early morning breakfast at 6:30 am. You will drive to the park headquarters for registration and join others for a gorilla trekking briefing about the dos and don’ts during your gorilla trek. Once this is done, you will trek through thick creepers and undergrowth with your guides to find the gorillas, which can take you from half an hour to three-quarters of the day. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. On your trek, you are likely to spot other primates, birds, and rare tree species. After finding the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them before trekking back to the park headquarter. This is indeed an extraordinary feeling to be with these beautiful yet endangered creatures. You will be awarded a certificate for participating in gorilla trekking and thus contributing to the conservation of mountain gorillas. After you will go to one of the Batwa communities for a more exciting experience after you will go back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.Accommodation: Silverback lodge

After breakfast, you will check out and then drive back to Entebbe or Kampala. You will have lunch in Mbarara and proceed to the airport or hotel in Kampala. End of gorilla trekking safari.
